Account & Data Deletion

Account & data deletion

Delete your data,or your whole account.

Diamond Data PRO and Hit & Hustle Tracker each delete their own data directly in the app, on your device — there is no website login. Removing the shared sign‑in that both apps use is a separate step, and we handle that one for you. This page covers all three.

How to do it

Open the app.
Go to Account.

Both apps keep deletion where it belongs — behind your own sign‑in, on your own device. Nobody has to take your word for who you are, because you are already signed in.

Hit & Hustle data

In the app: Account

Removes your tracked games, quality at‑bats, hustle plays, game summaries and HHT teams.

Leaves in place: your Diamond Data PRO data, and your sign‑in.

Diamond Data PRO data

In the app: Account

Removes your teams, rosters, player numbers and saved lineups.

Leaves in place: your Hit & Hustle Tracker data, and your sign‑in.

The entire shared account

Ask us to remove it

Removes both apps’ data, your profile and preferences, and the shared sign‑in itself.

Leaves in place: nothing on our side. See what deletion does not cover.

The two in‑app options delete data, not the account. Diamond Data PRO and Hit & Hustle Tracker share one sign‑in but keep separate data, and each app’s delete option removes only its own. That is deliberate — a coach who stops tracking games should not lose three seasons of rosters as a side effect. It also means that clearing both apps still leaves the sign‑in itself in place. If you want the account gone too, ask us and we will remove all of it.

Every deletion is permanent. There is no undo, no archive, and no way for us to restore data once it has been removed. If you only want to stop paying, cancel the subscription and leave the data alone.

Before you delete

Deleting your data does
not cancel your subscription.

This catches people out, so it is worth stating plainly. Apple and Google hold the billing relationship, not us. Deleting your data does not stop a subscription from renewing, and we have no ability to cancel it on your behalf.

On iPhone or iPadSettings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select the subscription → Cancel Subscription.
On AndroidPlay Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select the subscription → Cancel.
Do this firstCancel the subscription, confirm it shows as expiring, and then delete your data. In that order there is nothing left to chase afterwards.
RefundsHandled entirely by the store you purchased from, under their policy. We cannot issue one and cannot see your payment details.

Ask us to do it

For the shared account,
or when the app is gone.

Two situations need us rather than the app. Deleting the shared sign‑in itself, which neither app removes on its own. And any case where the app is not available to you — you deleted it, changed phones, lost the device, or cannot sign in. Either way, send the request and we will handle it. It is slower than the in‑app option because we confirm who you are first.

What happens after you send it

1. We confirm it is youWe reply to the email address on the account and ask you to confirm. A request that is never confirmed is never carried out — acting on a forged request is worse than acting slowly on a real one.
2. We delete itOnce you confirm, we remove the data you asked for from our systems.
3. We tell you it is doneA final email confirming what was deleted. Completed within 30 days of your confirmation, and usually within a few business days.

Prefer plain email? Any of these open a message with the details already filled in.

Send it from the email address on the account if you can. If you cannot, say so and we will find another way to confirm it is you. We will not delete anything on an unverified request.

Thank you for your response. ✨

This form sends us a request. It does not delete anything by itself — there is no login here, and nothing on this website can reach your data.

The honest part

What deletion does
not cover.

A few things sit outside what either app can reach. Worth knowing before you assume a deletion covers everything, everywhere.

Store purchase recordsApple and Google keep their own record of what you bought from them. Those records belong to the store, are governed by the store’s privacy policy, and cannot be deleted by us at any point. Request them through Apple or Google directly.
Financial recordsWhere the law requires a business to retain a record of a transaction for tax and accounting purposes, we retain the minimum needed to satisfy that — not your rosters, players, games or lineups, which are deleted in full.
Teams you ownIf other coaches are using a team you created, that has to be settled before the account can go — either transfer ownership or confirm the team should be removed with it. We will raise this with you rather than quietly orphan someone else’s season.
Data another coach holdsIf you were added to someone else’s team, or a game summary was shared with you, that record belongs to their account. Deleting yours removes you from it but does not delete their copy. Ask the account owner if you need that removed too.
Backups already writtenRoutine system backups may briefly retain a copy after live deletion. Those expire on their normal cycle and are never used to restore deleted data.
